ACESGroup are seeking motivated event staff to work under our Event Force division in providing a high level of customer service to our clients and their event patrons.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at NSW’s premier live events across sporting, theatre and live entertainment.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
We have a broad range of roles available for customer focused event staff.

Requirements
• Appropriate work rights for Australia
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
Responsibilities May Include
• Sales/Customer Service (Bar, Merch, Cloak Room, Ticket Sales)
• Ushering
• Ticket Scanning
• RSA Monitoring
• COVID-Safe Monitoring

Successful candidates will be required to provide 100 points of identification, and complete online inductions on venue customer service expectations and procedures.
Please note this role will predominantly involve Friday, Saturday and Sunday work, although event shifts may be available mid-week from time to time.
